Ingredients

For the dough (or get a store-bought ready made one) :
- 300g Flour
- 1 1/3 tsp Salt 1 1/3 tsp
- 1 1/3 tsp Yeast 1 1/3 tsp
- 4 Tbsp Oil
- 200mL Water
For the pizza topping :
- 70g BE Tom Yam paste
- 2 Tbsp VG oil
- 1 cup Tomato passata
- 1/4 white onion (minced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Fish sauce
- 3 leaves Kaffir lime leaves (finely sliced) - 1 cup Fresh mozarella (gratted)
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms (oyster or shimeji)
- 1 cup Seafood (1 cup)
- 1 Lime (in wedges)
- Small handful of coriander leaves (optional for garnish)

Cooking Steps

Preparation :

1. For the pizza dough : In a bowl: mix the flour 300g, salt, yeast, and oil

2. Add 200ml of water to the mixture and knead for 5+ minutes until the dough doesn’t stick to your hands anymore

3. Cover it in a bowl with plastic foil and let it rest for 1h

4. Take out the dough and knead it, then flatten it like a pizza Preheat the oven at 220°C

5. For the Tom Yam Sauce : Put vegetable oil in a hot pan, then add the Tom Yam paste and cook until fragrant

6. Then add the garlic and onion and mix together with the paste, stir fry it for 2 minutes

7. Add the tomato sauce

8. Then add one teaspoon of fish sauce and the sugar

9. Add the shredded kaffir lime leaves (optional)

10. Assemble your pizza : Assemble the pizza by layering the tomato sauce, then the mozarella cheese and the rest of the ingredients.

11. Put it in the oven for 15min

12. Garnish with coriander leaves and squeeze lime juice on top.

Do not hesitate to play around with the topping of your pizza, use different kinds of seafood, or just mix different mushrooms and make it vegetarian
