Ingredients
BE red curry sauce 300g.
Tiger prawns 12 pces.
Pineapple 1 pce.
VG oil 1 Tbsp.
Lime 1 pce.
Coriander leaves 1/2 handful.
Red Bell pepper 1/2 head.
Cooking Steps
Preparation :
1. Pour half of the BE red curry sauce into a bowl and add the prawns. Let them marinate in the fridge for at least 30min.
2. While the prawns are chilling, soak your 4 skewer-sticks into water for at least 10 minutes to prevent them from burning.
3. Thread the prawns, diced bell peppers and diced pineapple on the skewers sticks as desired.
4. Grill the skewers on a grill, BBQ or a pre-heated pan with vegetable oil until cooked though. Then set aside while you finish the sauce.
6. Use the same pan to heat the remaining BE red curry sauce to use it as a dipping sauce for your skewers.
7. Serve the skewers sprinkled with fresh coriander leaves and your red curry dip !
