Ingredients
Prawns 60 pcs.
BE Yellow Curry Sauce 300g.
Udon 400g.
Onion 1/4 pcs.
Spring onion 2 stem.
Bell pepper 1/2 pcs.
Egg 2 ea.
VG oil 2 Tbsp.
cabbage 100g.
Water 50ml.
Cooking Steps
Preparation:
1. Boil the Udon noodles and set them aside. Cook your eggs for 7-8 minutes to keep their yolk slightly runny.
2. Add BE Green curry sauce and 50 ml of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
3. Stir in the prawns, sliced onions and bell peppers until cooked through.
4. Place the Udon noodles into the serving bowls. Laddle the Yellow curry soup on top and top it up with the halved boiled eggs.
5. Add crunch and color by garnishing with fresh spring onions. Bon appetit !
