Returns and Refund policy

We hope you will be happy with your purchase but should you wish to return any product that you have received please contact Customer Services.

We will accept returns:

  • within the 14 day cancellation period (as is your statutory right), for any reason as long as the items are unopened, or
  • within 7 days of dispatch to you if the items are damaged when delivered, defective or faulty,

and you return the relevant product to Us in accordance with the returns processes set out above, We will either refund the cost of the relevant product to you or, if appropriate, replace or repair the relevant product. We may not accept a return where the reason for the return is your misuse of the product.

Please note, We cannot accept items such as food as a return, unless your parcel is completely unopened.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
