Thai Style Vegetable Fritters

Ingredients

Carrot 1 cup.
Potato 1 cup.
Zucchini 1 cup.
Cabbage 1 1/4 cup.
Pumpkin 1 1/4 cup.
BE Red curry paste 70g.
Light soya sauce 1 Tbsp.
Salt 1/2 Tsp.
Sugar 1 Tbsp.
Kaffir lime leave 2 pcs.
Sweet Basil leaves 5 pcs.
Wheat Flour 3/4 cup.
VG oil 1 cup.

Cooking Steps

Preparation :

1. Grate the carrots, potatoes, zucchinis, pumpkin and cabbage and combine them in a mixing bowl with sliced Kaffir lime and Sweet Basil leaves.

2. Add in the BE Red Curry paste and seasoning.

3. Pour in the wheat flour, and mix well until all combined.

4. Add a generous amount of vegetable oil on a pre-heated pan. Shape the vegetable fritters with your dough and deep fry until golden brown.
