Ingredients
BE yellow curry Sauce 300g.
Chicken 200g.
Mango 160g.
Bell pepper Red/ Yellow 1/2 pcs.
Water 100ml.
Coriander leave 2 stem
Peanut 1 Tbsp.
Cooking Steps
Preparation:
1. Pour the yellow curry sauce in a large pan with high edges and add in 100mL of broth or water.
2. Stir in the sliced chicken and simmer over medium heat.
3. Then add your vegetables and diced mango to simmer for 2 more minutes.
4. Before turning off the heat add the coriander leaves and grilled peanuts.
5. Serve your curry very warm with a side of Thai Jasmine rice.
Chef S Tip
A sprinkle of crushed peanuts gives you that street-food vibe.
