Ingredients

Black Rice 250g.
Water 1 1/2 cup.
Coconut cream 400ml.
Sugar 50g.
Salt 1Tsp.
Pandan 2 stem
Coconut 1 whole
Lychees 1 can

Cooking Steps

Preparation

1. In the saucepan, add the coconut cream, pandan leaves and bring to a boil.

2. Add in the steamed black rice, coconut water and meat and simmer until mixed well.

3. Season the mix with sugar and salt.

4. Turn down heat and let it simmer with the lid on.

5. Place your rice pudding in a serving bowl and garnish with lychees and a dash of coconut cream.
