Ingredients
Salmon fillets 2 pces.
BE Phad Thai Sauce 1/2 bottle
VG oil 1Tbsp.
Garlic 2 cloves
Sesame seeds 1 Tbsp.
Lime 1 pce.
Spring onions 2 Tbsp.
Cooking Steps
Preparation
1. Place in the salmon fillets to a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper.
2. Pour half of the bottle of Phad Thai sauce and add in the minced garlic. Mix well and marinate for minimum 15 min in the fridge.
3. Pre-heat a pan with vegetable oil and sear the fillets on the hot pan.
5. Serve the salmon hot, sprinkled with spring onions, sesame and a generous squeeze of lime and a side of steamed Thai Jasmine rice.
