Ingredients
Prawns 14 pcs.
Seafood dipping sauce 1/2 bottle.
Fish sauce 1 Tbps.
Lime 1/2 pce.
cabbage 1/4 head.
Galic 3 cloves.
Bitter gourd 1/4 head.
Mint 3 stem
Cooking Steps
Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl : add the raw prawns and marinate with fish sauce for at least 30 min in the fridge.
2. In a serving dish, plate the marinated prawns on a bed of shredded cabbage.
3. Dress the dish with seafood sauce on top and a squeeze of lime.
4. Garnish with garlic, bitter gourd (optional) and mint leaves.
