Ingredients
- Prawns 14 pcs.
- Seafood dipping sauce 1/2 bottle.
- Fish sauce 1 Tbps.
- Lime 1/2 pce.
- Cabbage 1/4 head.
- Galic 3 cloves.
- Bitter gourd 1/4 head.
- Mint 3 stem
Cooking Steps
STEP 1
In a mixing bowl : add the raw prawns and marinate with fish sauce for at least 30 min in the fridge.
STEP 2
In a serving dish, plate the marinated prawns on a bed of shredded cabbage.
STEP 3
Dress the dish with seafood sauce on top and a squeeze of lime.
STEP 4
Garnish with garlic, bitter gourd (optional) and mint leaves.
