Ingredients
- 400g of fresh Flat ribbon noodles ‘sen yay” (or 150g of dry rice noodles)
- 2 branches of Chinese Kale (Sliced)
- 200g Chicken thigh (Sliced)
- 2 Tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp Dark soya sauce
- 2 Tbsp Light soya sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic (Chopped)
- 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
- 2 Eggs
Cooking Steps
Preparation :
1. Pour the dark soy sauce over the noodles and mix it until all the noodles are coated.
2. On a hot pan on high heat, pour the oil
3. Add the garlic and cook until golden brown
4. Then add the sliced chicken
5. When the chicken is cooked, put it aside in the pan and add two raw eggs to be scrambled on the other side. When the egg is almost ready, mix it with the chicken.
6. Then add the slice kale and mix, until slightly softened
7. Add the flat noodles and mix it with the ingredients
8. Add the sugar, fish sauce and the light soy sauce, and mix thoroughly.
9. When the noodles are cooked, put it on a plate
10.Add the white pepper powder on top
Chef S Tip
This dish is flavorful as is, but I like to spice it up. If you like it hot too, sprinkle chili flakes on top before serving !
