Ingredients
BE Red Curry Paste 35g.
Beef 200g.
Light Soya sauce 2 Tsp.
Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp.
Sugar 1 1/2 Tsp.
Dill 1 1/2 Tbsp.
Burger Bun 2 pces.
Cabbage (white) 1/2 cup.
Cabbage (purple) 1/4 cup.
Carrot 1/4 cup.
Mayonnaise 40g.
Sugar 1 Tsp.
Vinegar 1/2 Tbsp.
Salt 1/4 Tsp.
Pepper 1/4 Tsp.
Coriander leaves 1 handful.
Cooking Steps
Preparation :
1. To make your coleslaw mix all sliced vegetables with mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar in a mixing bowl.
2. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.
3. In another mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, BE red curry paste and chopped dill.
4. Season with light soya sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
5. Shape that beef mixture into patties.
6. Sear the patty burgers on a hot pan, then set aside.
7. Cut the burger buns in halves and sear them in the same pan to absorb the juice from the patties until golden brown
8. Assemble your burger with coleslaw, your Isaan beef patty, and top up with fresh coriander leaves before closing the bun. Enjoy with Seet potato fries or a garden salad !
