Ingredients
BE Holy Basil paste 70g.
Chicken 80g.
Steamed jasmine rice 200g.
Egg 4 ea.
Bell pepper 1/2 pcs.
Tomato 1/2 pcs.
Onion 1/2 pcs.
Fish sauce 1 Tbsp.
Sugar 1 Tsp.
Holy Basil leaves 5 pcs.
VG oil 2 Tbsp.
Cooking Steps
Preparation :
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, BE Holy Basil paste and season the mixture with sugar and fish sauce.
2. Add steamed jasmine rice, minced poached chicken, holy basil leaves and bell pepper and mix until well combined.
3. In a frying pan, add vegetable oil and wait until the oil is hot because laddling the egg mix to the pan. Cook the omelets of both sides and serve hot.

Add a medley of vibrant bell peppers for that extra zest!
