Ingredients
- BE Holy Basil paste 70g.
- Chicken 80g.
- Steamed jasmine rice 200g.
- Egg 4 ea.
- Bell pepper 1/2 pcs.
- Tomato 1/2 pcs.
- Onion 1/2 pcs.
- Fish sauce 1 Tbsp.
- Sugar 1 Tsp.
- Holy Basil leaves 5 pcs.
- VG oil 2 Tbsp.
Cooking Steps
STEP 1
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, BE Holy Basil paste and season the mixture with sugar and fish sauce.
STEP 2
Add steamed jasmine rice, minced poached chicken, holy basil leaves and bell pepper and mix until well combined.
STEP 3
In a frying pan, add vegetable oil and wait until the oil is hot because laddling the egg mix to the pan.
STEP 4
Cook the omelets of both sides and serve hot.

Add a medley of vibrant bell peppers for that extra zest!
