Ingredients

- 1 1/2 Tbsp BE Green curry paste
- 120g tuna chunks (1 small can)
- 1 Tbsp VG oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 slices of sandwich bread (preferably whole wheat)
- 4 slices of Cheese (emmental or else)
- 1 Tbsp of butter

Cooking Steps

Preparation :


1. In a wok on medium heat, add the vegetable oil and green curry paste until the aroma develops. Season with salt and sugar.

2. Add the crumbed tuna and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Turn off the heat.

3. Assemble the sandwiches : on top of 1 slice of bread, add 1 slice of cheese, then spread the tuna mixture and top with another piece of cheese and the second slice of bread.

4. In a wok on medium heat, add butter and grill the toaties on both sides, turning regularly until bread in golden and cheese melts.

5. Cut each sandwich in 2 triangles and serve with a green salad

I love the combination of fish with the bold flavors of green curry, but this recipe is also lovely with yellow or red curry… give them a try and pick your favourite !
