Ingredients

BE Thai Peanut sauce 1 cup.
Fried tempeh (or tofu) 100g.
Soft boiled eggs 2 pces.
Boiled baby potatoes 4 pces.
Carrot 1/2 pce.
cucumber 1/2 pce.
Cherry tomatoes 1 handful.
Green beans 1 handful.
purple cabbage 1 handful.
Green salad leaves 2 cup.
Pink radishes 4 pces.
Lime 2 wedges.
Bean sprouts 1 handful.
Coriander leaves 1 pinch.

Cooking Steps

Preparation:

1. First, prepare your ingredients : wash and chop all the vegetables of your choice, boil the eggs and the potatoes, deep-fry your tempeh.

2. On a bed of green leaves, assemble the vegetables in a colorful way. Add your proteins on top.

3. Add the Blue Elephant peanut dressing on the platter and garnish with coriander leaves and lime wedges. Bon appetit !
