Ingredients
- Egg yolk 1 pce.
- VG oil 1/2 cup.
- French Mustard 1 Tbsp.
- Lime 1 Tbsp.
- Kaffir lime leaves 2 pce.
- Sweet basil leaves 4 pce.
- BE Green curry 35g.
- VG oil 1/2 Tbsp.
- Salt 1/2 Tsp.
- Sugar 1 1/2 Tsp.
- Pepper 1/4 Tsp.
Cooking Steps
STEP 1
In a hot pan, add 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil, BE green curry paste and stir fry until aroma develops. Set aside.
STEP 2
In a mixing bowl, add the egg yolk, mustard and remaining oil and whisk until your mayonnaise in well combined.
STEP 3
Squeeze in the lime juice and freshly cracked pepper.
STEP 4
Add in the cooked curry paste and mix well then season with salt and sugar.
STEP 5
Serve your Green curry mayo with golden French fries!
