Ingredients
- Phad Thai Cooking set 1 pack.
- Egg 2 pieces.
- Firm tofu 50g.
- Lime 1/2 pce.
- Bean sprouts 1 handful.
- Chives 1 handful.
Cooking Steps
STEP 1
Soak the rice noodles for 20 min in room temperature water then drain.
STEP 2
Deep-fry the soaked rice noodles in vegetable oil.
STEP 3
In a large pan, warm up the phad thai sauce and stir in the fried Phad thai noodles until well coated.
STEP 4
Serve with sliced omelet and vegetables on the side dish. It is perfect in small bite size cups as a snack.
