Premium quality handmade Thai Red Curry Cooking Kit. Made from fresh high quality ingredients from Thailand as part of the Royal Thai Project where organic ingredients are selected to make each individual packet of curry paste.
This Cooking Kit serves 2 people and has everything you need to create the perfect Red Curry including a sachet of fish sauce, coconut cream powder, dried Thai spices and of course the red curry paste, allowing you to create the most delicious authentic homemade Thai curries.
You will find on the back of the packet, a step-by-step recipe on how to make the Thai Red Curry and the additional ingredients you will need to buy whether it is vegetables, plant based or non veg items. There is a QR code on the packet which takes you to a quick, easy to follow video to help make your curries.
Tip: You can adjust the amount of fish sauce you add to the curry and palm sugar according to your tastes. For vegetarians, instead of using fish sauce you can use light soy sauce as an alternative.
The Red Curry paste does has a little kick to it with a spice level of 3 out of 5.

When drying red chilli, new flavor compounds are created, ranging from sweet anise-like flavors to nutty, woody, and roasted nuances while still making the red curry paste hot, pungent, and fruity. Our blend also draws out the citrus and floral sides of the chilies with coriander and lemongrass. To temper the fieriness, we’ve also added the mild fruity-sour tamarind paste.
