Our Premium quality handmade Thai Phuketian Heritage Curry Paste is inspired from the region of Phuket. Made from fresh high quality ingredients from Thailand as part of the Royal Thai Project where organic ingredients are selected to make each individual packet of paste.

You will find that our Phuketian Heritage Curry paste is completely Vegan friendly and Gluten free, allowing you to create the most delicious authentic homemade Phuketian Curry.

Made with Black garlic and black pepper, this paste has a medium level of heat which is brought out with its peppery flavours, but it can also be sweetened by adding more coconut milk to give the curry a creamier consistency similar to a red curry with a unique flavour. You will find on the back of the packet, a step-by-step recipe on how to make the curry and the additional ingredients you will need to buy, some of which are available as part of our range of products. There is also a QR code on the packet which takes you to a quick easy to follow video to help make your dish perfect to your liking.

PHUKETIAN HERITAGE FLAVOURS

Fenugreek in the Tumee paste seeds have a sweet, strong taste, with hints of caramel, maple syrup, and coffee. Paired with the cumin it ascends the taste by adding warm, earthy and bitter flavours Turmeric harmonises the muskiness. The lemongrass-coriander pair then enhances the floral citrus to add some complexity to the paste. To top it all of, black garlic's pungent and sweet taste is grinded with the paste to also add an element of superfood.
