PANAENG CURRY FLAVOURS
Although very close in appearance to the red curry due to the use of dried red chili, Panaeng curry is milder than the latter. The blend and proportion are different which gives it a very creamy and nutty aroma. Moreover. the curry paste has a deep, sweet and woody flavor due to the presence of similar spice mixes to the Massaman curry.
