Our Premium quality handmade Thai Massaman Curry Paste. Made from fresh high quality ingredients from Thailand as part of the Royal Thai Project where organic ingredients are selected to make each individual packet of curry paste.

This Cooking Kit serves 2 people and has everything you need to create the perfect Massaman Curry including a sachet of fish sauce, coconut cream powder, dried Thai spices and of course the Massaman Curry paste, allowing you to create the most delicious authentic homemade Thai curries.

You will find on the back of the packet, a step-by-step recipe on how to make the Thai Massaman Curry and the additional ingredients you will need to buy. There is a QR code on the packet which takes you to a quick easy to follow video to help make your homemade curries.

Tip: You can adjust the amount of fish sauce you add to the curry and palm sugar according to your tastes. For vegetarians, instead of using fish sauce you can use light soy sauce as an alternative. 

The Massaman Curry is mild with a spice level of 1 out of 5. This curry has an array of ground aromatic spices including star anise, cinnamon, and cardamom which enhances the flavours when creating a creamy mild curry.

No nuts are used in this curry paste.
