Premium quality handmade Thai Green Curry Paste. Made from fresh high quality ingredients from Thailand as part of the Royal Thai Project where clean ingredients are selected to make each individual packet of curry paste.

You will find that our Curry paste is completely Vegan friendly and Gluten Free, allowing you to create the most delicious authentic homemade Thai curries. You will find on the back of the packet, a step-by-step recipe on how to make the Thai Green Curry and the additional ingredients you will need to buy, some of which are available as part of our range of products. There is also a QR code which takes you to a quick easy to follow video to help make your curries perfect to your liking.

The Green Curry paste does has a little kick to it with a spice level of 3 out of 5.

Thai garlic 17.9%, Lemongrass 14.9%, Chili 12.7%, Shallot 11.7%,Galangal 8.5%, Tamarind paste (tamarind, water) 6.7%, Coriander 5.6%, Salt 4.9%, Fully refined soybean oil 3.4%, Sweet basil oil (fully refined soybean oil, sweet basil leaves) 3.4%, Kaffir lime 2.8%, Sweet basil leaves 2.8%, Cumin powder 2.1%, Finger roots 1.5%, Turmeric 0.7%, Nutmeg powder 0.2%, White pepper powder 0.2%. Free from all additives, artificial colours, preservatives GMO and MSG.

GREEN CURRY FLAVOURS

The fiery hot and fruity Thai chili blend gives the paste not only its signature green color, but also a depth to the heat and spiciness.
While amplifying and uniting the other flavors, the added Thai garlic also has its own distinctive taste which together with lemongrass adds citrus, a sweet and floral aroma and gentle pepperiness to the green curry paste. An extra pinch of nutmeg is added to bring notes of earthy sweetness to the whole mix.

Not yet had a meal that wasn't simply delicious, just wish there was more availabilty of everything as the Pad Kra Pao is incredible and there doesn't appear to be much stock if any.
