This Cooking Kit serves 2 people and has everything you need to create the perfect Khao Soi including the egg noodles, yellow curry paste. From the Northern region of Thailand Chiang Mai, this dish is a mouthwatering noodle soup using a yellow curry paste to create a delicious soup base and topped off with noodles and typically made with a drumstick of chicken which sits on top of the dish. 

You will find on the back of the packet, a step-by-step recipe on how to make the Chiang Mai Noodle soup and the additional ingrediants you will need to buy. There is a QR code on the packet which takes you to a quick easy to follow video to help make your dish.
