Premium quality handmade Thai Green Curry Cooking Kit. Made from fresh high quality ingredients from Thailand as part of the Royal Thai Project where organic ingredients are selected to make each individual packet of curry paste.

This Cooking Kit serves 2 people and has everything you need to create the perfect Green Curry including a sachet of fish sauce, coconut cream powder, dried Thai spices and of course the green curry paste, allowing you to create the most delicious authentic homemade Thai curries.

You will find on the back of the packet, a step-by-step recipe on how to make the Thai Green Curry and the additional ingredients you will need to buy. There is a QR code on the packet which takes you to a quick, easy to follow video to help make your curries.

 Tip: You can adjust the amount of fish sauce you add to the curry and palm sugar according to your tastes. For vegetarians, instead of using fish sauce you can use light soy sauce as an alternative. Add some fresh Sweet Holy basil for added flavour.

The Green Curry paste does have a little kick to it, with a spice level of 3 out of 5.

GREEN CURRY FLAVOURS

The fiery hot and fruity Thai chilli blend gives the paste not only its signature green color, but also a depth to the heat and spiciness.
While amplifying and uniting the other flavors, the added Thai garlic also has its own distinctive taste which together with lemongrass adds citrus, a sweet and floral aroma and gentle pepperiness to the green curry paste. An extra pinch of nutmeg is added to bring notes of earthy sweetness to the whole mix.
