Premium quality handmade Thai Tom Yam Cooking Kit. Made from fresh high quality ingredients from Thailand as part of the Royal Thai Project where organic ingredients are selected to make each individual packet of curry paste.

This Cooking Kit serves 2 people and has everything you need to create the perfect Tom Yam Soup including a sachet of fish sauce, dried Thai spices and of course the Tom Yam paste, allowing you to create the most delicious authentic homemade Thai soups.

This Tom Yam Cooking Kit is packed with lots of fresh flavours that are great for a cold day or if you're feeling a little under the weather. Packed with lots of nutritious spices and flavours, this soup pairs perfectly with prawns or as a vegetarian option, fresh vegetables, quorn/tofu and mushrooms. Be sure to add lots of fresh lime and coriander with light soy sauce (fish sauce alternative) to balance out the soup to your liking.

You will find on the back of the packet, a step-by-step recipe on how to make the Tom Yam Soup and the additional ingredients you will need to buy. There is a QR code on the packet which takes you to a quick, easy to follow video to help make your homemade soup.

 Tip: You can adjust the amount of fish sauce you add to the soup, lime and palm sugar according to your tastes to create the right balance for you. For vegetarians, instead of using fish sauce you can use light soy sauce as an alternative. 

The Tom Yam Chilli paste does has a kick to it with a spice level of 4 out of 5.

TOM YAM FLAVOURS

The delicate lemongrass enlivens the Tom Yam paste. Its lemon scented compounds gives a citrusy note to the hotness of the dried chili. The secret is to not make the citrus too dominant by balancing it with galangal, kaffir lime and coriander.
